What would a policy committed to integration be if it didn’t entail equal opportunities and rights? One year after opening in 1992, Disney created the service “Mission Handicap” in order to guide and accompany those in need in terms of training and career repositioning/adaptation. Today more than 400 disabled employees benefit from our 6th company agreement, signed in 2007, guaranteeing that they be integrated correctly and successfully. The company sees this as mutually beneficial: Their successful integration is a learning tool for us, making us all the richer.
