« When we receive thousands of visitors a day, there is no place for bugs. The operational IS environment has to be flawless, the bookings need to flow and the financial transactions must work correctly. The hotline, for which we are also responsible , has to be reactive. Naturally, all of these are technical questions, but what makes my day so unique, is that here, computers and magic are one. An alchemy that continues to fascinate me. »
