Marketing Assistant

I started my internship a month and half ago, and time seems to fly! Indeed, my days are quite full. I am the assistant for a team of 9 persons, including a director, 3 marketing managers and 5 marketing representatives.
I am being coached by a full-time Director’s secretary who is teaching me the job and helps me in certain tasks. When she will be absent I will manage certain administrative tasks and daily business on my own.
I work in French and in English (written).
I work a lot on Outlook to manage agendas, schedules, staff meetings, room reservations, among others.
I also have administrative tasks such as ordering supplies.
This internship is going to allow me to:
· validate my level III training, which I am following as part of my Individual Training Leave.
· to change orientations, for I worked in the tourism sector for 15 years and I wish to turn to other sectors and this job allows me to do it.

I am grateful to the Cast members at Disneyland Paris who have made me feel welcomed since the beginning:
- during the first encounters in the acceptance process for the internship,
- during the first days at the Disney Tradition and Orientation training days,
- daily, in my department, and the people I meet at the cafeteria for example at lunch time
