More than a roof over your head, it’s a real community…
In addition to the housing department, the services that are linked to this make up an avant-garde concept known as “CastMemberland”.
Created in 1999, it’s designed to facilitate the day-to-day life of our employees, to reduce various causes of stress and to create optimal collective living conditions…in other words, to give everyone the desire to live together.
The original model is based on the concept of how a town is organized, with its project managers and local council.
The project managers’ missions consist of 3 areas:
Practical CastMemberland : Housing and F&B with preferential rates, easy access to transportation, cleanliness, recycling, security, services such as costuming, information points, computer internet access, an active social service department…
Lively Castmemberland : Exclusive festive events, cultural activities, sports venues…
Ethical Castmemberland : Participation and social responsibility based on listening, exchanging, sustainable development and mutual understanding.

As Disneyland Paris is conscientious that in order to work serenely, the fundamental needs must be met, since our Cast Members come from all over France and around the world and because we want them to feel at home… It is quite natural that accommodating them was essential and today, there is a complete, practical, attractive offer.
Available to all recruits from province or abroad, temporary shared housing is proposed. The furnished and fully equipped apartments vary from studios to 3 bedrooms with reasonable rents (all costs included: tax, water, electricity & insurance) and can be rented for the duration of your fixed term contract (CDD) or for one year if your you are have permanent open-ended contract, with a possible renewal of the renting contract according to availibility..
You also have the possibility of renting a studio (furnished and fully equipped) in the Val d’Europe area (close to the Disney Parks and public transportation), if you have an open-ended contract or a fixed term contract longer than 6 months.
All you need to do is bring your suitcases !
3 private properties, landscaped, enclosed and secure, very close to Disneyland Paris and Val d’Europe, with transportation every day.
Reception Desk : Monday through Saturday manned by our international teams.
Facilities : 24-hour laundry facilities, vending machines, internet and telephone points (at the reception), (with charges).
Additional Services : reception, maintenance, TV room, sports equipment and games …(without charges)
Please note that animals are not accepted.
The Boiserie Residence
The Boiserie Residence is situated in Magny-Le Hongre in Seine-et-Marne and consists of 180 apartments for 4 or 6 people ( 834 places).
This landscaped private property is fully enclosed.
The residence is near the Disney Parks and the shopping center “ Val d’Europe” and is well served by public transportation.
The Pleiades Residence
The Pleiades Residence is situated in Serris in Seine-et-Marne and consists of 377 studios for two people (754 places).

The Louisiane Residence
The Louisiane Residence is situated in Bailly-Romainvilliers in Seine-et-Marne.This landscaped private property is fully enclosed.
