Here, at the edge of the Magic Kingdom, your first step towards new horizons, no matter what your role, will be : Disney Traditions. This first day will introduce you to the values and philosophy of our company.

Then there’s your second day - Disney Orientation - to help integrate into your environment and your workplace. All this is followed by training courses of variable lengths of time : from a few days to a few weeks, focused on your specific profession.
A 3rd day familiarizes you with our internal rules on safety and security.
