Recruiting Ethics Charter
"Diversity is the root of our creativity. In fact, creativity is in the essence of everything we do: Our shows, attractions, experiences that we offer in our parks and hotels. Above all, we storytellers … This creativity, our force that allows millions of children big and small to find the world of their dreams at Disneyland, would not be possible without the diversity of talents, of cultures and of the individual value of each and every one of our employees. Diversity in as such, is not the objective but an essential element in accomplishing our missions day in and day out. As we are the storytellers, knowing no generational or physical boundaries, each and every one of our guests must be able to identify with the Disney experience. This is only possible when the heart of our activity reflects the diversity of our society."
