« I must admit, I always wanted to be in entertainment. So, when I was offered a job at Ticketing, I was a bit surprised! In fact, as time went by, I become more and more enchanted. You cannot imagine how much varied this position is: welcoming at the turnstile, selling at the ticket booths and also the customer relations that go from the reservation to solving Guest situations, not to mention questions of all sorts.
Often, it is necessary to be very diplomatic and friendly but it is so motivating, I get such an energy boost and that is a true remedy against boredom! »
