Ticketing and Attraction Hostess

Poly-competence and flexibility are the key words of the ticketing hostess/attractions operator position, one of our «double contract» jobs. This position is for persons who can both host and give advice to the guests, which is typical of the ticketing position, and have a sense of security and crowd management, in particular during our shows.

The cast member is in contact with various guests, and will be asked to speak various languages.

More globally, our double contracts allow to change environments and to live two different experiences. And one had better have a good capacity to adapt, to appreciate this «anti-routine» activity!

We offer double contracts in the boutiques/food & beverage, ticketing/attractions, ticketing/front office..

for those who wish to go towards others and who love a job in which they are not standing still. The ticketing hostess/attractions operator is of much valued help to our guests who wish to optimise their day.

Be where one is needed

« 1 month following my arrival, when I learned that one could have a double contract, I immediately applied! I was afraid of the monotony of one single job and today I am not at all disappointed because time goes by very fast… In the morning I start by selling tickets and then towards the middle of the day I continue in the Disneyland Park. Personally, I prefer looking after the street on Main Street, U.S.A ® (but one can do something else, such as securing the shows) and I give a lot of information to the guests. (…) My two jobs require almost the same qualities: to be available, welcoming and diplomatic (it takes gentle firmness to prevent children from running between the floats of the Disney Parades…) and to know the Park well. That is the advantage of working «inside» for I can help the guests in the morning when they buy their tickets (…). My reward in my work? It’s the good atmosphere in the two teams and the renewal, thanks to all the guests I meet in one same day: these are like mini-trips… »
