Front desk manager

The Maestro guaranting quality Guest greeting and service, the Front Desk Manager leads a team of about 50 people and is completely dedicated to the well-being of the adults and the little ones.

With the various tasks of his/her job (quality, management, finance) (s)he assures Guest satisfaction by delivering a performance answering to the “Clefs de Service” criterion.

In tune with the quality standards, a customized role for those who bloom by anticipating and exceeding the expectations of their customers.

« An avid runner, I found a position and a challenge in my stride. The magic word is “service” from the arrival until the departure of our Guest. I arrived in 1992, so you can imagine that I occupied several jobs in numerous hotels! I even followed a training course in the USA which allowed me to participate in the opening of the Convention Center of Disney’s Hotel Newport Bay Club; what a adventure! Today, I manage the main reception of the Disneyland Hotel. And there again, it is the same message: always do more for our customers. »
