« I am a ‘HAT Spé’ (Hôte d’Accueil Touristique spécialisé), Hospitality Host Specialist, which I have been doing for 2 1/2 years. It’ s a unique opportunity to experience many different roles: shop assistant, food and beverage host/hostess, attractions host/hostess, … I have been able to try a little bit of everything in at Disney. In the end I opted for the concierge desk. It is a great culmination of everything I have learned: You need to know how to advise, inform, find solutions and even put on a show for the kids! Now, it’s my turn to be a trainer: 2 days a month, I share my passion with our new Cast Members; a real joy! »
