Disneyland Paris signed the Charter on Diversity .

On March, 3rd 2009 Philippe Gas, CEO of Euro Disney S.A.S. signed the Charter on Diversity in the presence of Claude Bébéar, Chairman of IMS-Entreprendre pour la Cité.
This event also marks the commitment of Disneyland Paris to the program “Nos Quartiers ont des Talents” (There are talents in our neighborhoods), and is in line with the action carried out since 1992 to encourage cultural, ethnic and social diversity among our teams. “Disneyland Paris today is 13 000 employees representing 100 different nationalities. Diversity and multiculturalism are a lot more than simple concepts or objectives to be reached. They are a true wealth the company needs to carry out its missions properly”, Philippe Gas declared.

These new commitments were made in the context of the launch of the 2009 promotion of Nos Quartiers ont des Talents that was held at the Hotel New York Convention Centre at Disneyland Paris under the sponsorship of Laurence Parisot. The event was attended by nearly 1400 persons including young graduates who entered the 2009 group of candidates to employment, sponsors of the operation, partner companies and institutions as well as political figures.
