Disneyland Paris brings an artistic dimension to its European recruitment campaign

Ville Savimaa

Ville Savimaa, a famous Finnish graphic designer, will launch the recruitment session on 28 January at Turun Messu- ja Kongressikeskuksessa in Turku. As the conductor of the entire session, Ville will orchestrate interviews between the candidates and the Disneyland Paris recruiters through artistic events based on the values of the company which foster a diverse and multicultural work environment.

"Art can prove a remarkable booster in facilitating a relationship between a company and a candidate, offering an alternative route to discover a work environment" states Jean-Noël Thiollier, Director of Talent and Reward at Disneyland Paris. "This event is the reflection of our dedication to the world of entertainment and invites candidates to discover what happens backstage", adds Mr. Thiollier.

The event is the flagship of the European recruitment campaign starting on 26 January in Stockholm during which more than 3,000 positions are available. Recruiters will interview for positions in hospitality, sales, F&B as well as support functions (Marketing, Legal, Communications, Human Resources, etc...)
