Would you say that women are well represented in the Internet industry at all levels ?

Not at the management level today. As with many technology-based industries, the Internet has always attracted more men that women.

But I believe that as the Internet is now getting better intregrated into traditional media and channels, things are changing. Firstly, because the Internet industry needs marketing and sales people as much as any other industry, and women are well represented in these disciplines. And secondly, because generation now entering the market place, whether male or female, grew up with the Internet.
