Terms of use
These terms of use (hereinafter the "Terms of Use") define the manner in which the disneylandparis-casting.com Cast Member Wall (hereinafter the “Blog”) may be used and the relationship between Euro Disney Associés SCA, a société en commandite par actions, residing at Immeubles Administratifs, Route Nationale 34, 77000 Chessy, France, and registered on the Meaux Trade and Company Registry under SIREN number 397 471 822 (hereafter referred to as the “Company”) and the interns hired by the Company (hereinafter the “Users”) in connection with the Blog.

The Blog, which is owned and managed by the Company, is an area allowing Users to post information dedicated to their experience as employee of the Company (as opposed to the posting of general information or comments concerning the Company) (hereinafter the "Service" ). The Blog is accessible in both French and English via the addresses http://www.disneylandparis-casting.com or http://disneylandparis-casting.com .

Article 1 – Purpose
The Blog is made available by the Company for the personal use of the Users in order to post their personal stories during a limited period on a voluntary basis. The purpose of these Terms of Use is to define the terms and conditions of use of the Blog by the Users. Access and use of the Blog implies full acceptance and compliance with these Terms of Use. Any User who does not wish to comply with the Terms of Use should not use the Blog.

Article 2 – Accessing the Service
To post a personal story on the Blog, the User agrees to provide a certain amount of compulsory private information (identification name and password) communicated by the Company to enable the User to be identified. The User agrees to provide correct and complete information and to verify that information provided at the time of registration, or at any other time, is correct and complete. The User should immediately inform the Company of any change in the information supplied at the time of registration.
The User agrees not to use a pseudonym or electronic address that could affect the rights of any third party (such as the use of a name belonging to somebody else, or the name of a trademark protected by copyright). The Company cannot be held responsible if, for any reason whatsoever, it does not receive the private information required to allow access to the Blog, or if the information received is illegible or impossible to process.

Article 3 – Conditions for using the Service
Users may post a personal story on the Blog relating to one positive employee experience on the Disneyland® Paris site.

To post a personal story, click on the text “Post a comment”. An automatic e-mail will be sent to the Blog moderator who, after controlling the content, will put all personal stories online that respect the Terms of Use. The fact that the moderator agreed to post a personal story on the Blog does not in any way make the Company responsible for the content thereof.

The User agrees not to use the Blog as a means for spreading information that violates public order, legislation or regulations in force. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
- content which is of a violent or pornographic nature or that disrespects human dignity, is sexist, or disrespects the protection of children and adolescents;
- content that encourages crime or violence or the consumption of prohibited substances;
- content that incites suicide, racial discrimination or hate, or denial of crimes against humanity;
- content that violates private life or that advocates harassment;
- content that is insulting, hateful, defamatory, demeaning, racist, anti-Semitic, xenophobic, or revisionist;
- content that violates copyrights, ancillary rights, trademark rights, privacy or that may violate a manufacturing secret.

Moreover, the User undertakes not to:
- forge letterheads, official or otherwise, or to manipulate the identification name in an attempt to hide the origin of any content transmitted via the Blog, or to attempt to mislead other Users by taking the family name of another person and in particular by pretending to be a Company employee, a guide or a hosting company, or a moderator;
- reveal information permitting User’s precise identification, that of another User or any other third party, such as postal address and/or landline phone number or mobile phone number;
- use the Blog as a means to circulate propaganda or with the aim of proselytizing;
- use the Blog as a means of circulating information of a commercial, advertising or promotional nature; to download, display or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertisement or promotional material;
- circulate opinions or comments that violate Euro Disney regulations;
- circulate confidential or private information concerning the conception, design, architecture, construction, operation, maintenance, financing and management of Disneyland® Paris, including but not limited to, Disneyland® Park and Walt Disney Studios®, the Disney hotels and their activities;
- show, in messages posted on the Blog, links or comments that refer to other links that are not in agreement with these Terms of Use;
- use the Blog as a means of circulating messages that violate the image of the Company and more generally the Disney Group;
- copy and/or use any part of the Blog for commercial use;
- use the Blog to display or send, via link, information that:
- contains computer viruses or that provide links to codes, files or programs designed to disrupt, destroy or restrict the operation of any software, computer or telecommunications tool;
- enables any computer pirating or cracking of protection/information concerning intellectual property rights;
- disrupt access to and use of the Blog, servers, or networks connected to the Blog, or that leads to information that does not to comply with these Terms of Use.

The User acknowledges that the Company may disclose all personal stories to comply with applicable law or if it considers that such a measure is necessary, including but not limited to within the context of a case before courts of law.

The User is responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, caused to the Company and/or to any third party due to personal stories posted on the Blog and accepts the consequences of any complaint or action that may be made in this respect.

Article 4 – Data protection
The User has to provide the Company with private information to access the Service. Information gathered is for the use of Euro Disney Associés S.C.A. and its co-contractors, with the aim of verifying the cast membership of the User. In accordance with French law No. 78-17 of 6th January 1978 pertaining to data protection (“Informatique et Libertés” law), the User has the right to oppose to, access or rectify information concerning him/her. This right can be exercised by writing to Euro Disney Associés SCA, Casting Department, BP 100, 77777 Marne-la-Vallée Cedex 04, France.

Article 5 - Copyright
All information (including Users’ personal stories) that the Company publishes on the Blog is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights and belongs to the Company.

The User may access, use and display the contents of the Blog on a PC screen, print out individual pages and save these pages in electronic format on a disk (but not on a server or back-up device connected to a network) for private use only (i.e. restricted to User’s family circle). It is strictly forbidden to copy, modify, distribute or use for commercial purposes, either partially or in full, any content published by the Company without the Company’s prior written permission. The Terms of Use do not grant User any license to use trademarks, logos or drawings shown on the Blog which are the exclusive property of Disney Enterprises, Inc. All unauthorized use thereof will be considered as counterfeiting.

Article 6 - Limitation of Responsibility and Exclusions of Guarantee
The Company shall make every effort to ensure that information on the Blog is accurate and to update the Blog regularly. However, incorrect information or omissions may occur, due particularly to typing or layout errors. Users, who notice such errors, are asked to inform the Company so that corrections can be made.

The Company reserves the right to modify any element of the Blog, at its entire discretion. As part of its policy to update and optimize the Blog, the Company may decide to modify these Terms of Use.

The Company cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Blog.
The Service may be disrupted during maintenance or repair work, or due to computer problems, disruption of the Internet service, or other unforeseen events. Likewise, the Company cannot be held responsible for delays, difficulties in using the Blog, or incompatibility between the Blog and User’s files, browser or any other program used to access the Blog.

The Company cannot be held responsible for any material or associated damage (including, but not limited to, technical failure, disclosure of confidential documents, loss of data), or for any other indirect damage whatsoever occurring when using or related to use of the Blog.

Article 7 – Applicable law and jurisdiction
The Blog is governed by French law. The Company cannot guarantee, under any circumstances, compliance with legislation from another country. Any disputes arising out of the use of the Blog or interpretation of the Terms of Use shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Court in Paris.
